THE DONCASTER FLOODS PLAY

The real story of the Doncaster Floods as seen through the eyes of the people who lived through it. Along with all the tears and all the laughter, this rehearsed reading will attempt to answer the big questions. Was Toll Bar sacrificed to save Doncaster? Was Doncaster sacrificed for Sheffield? Who were the heroes and who were the villains? Did Prince Charles get his feet wet? And what on earth was Christa Ackroyd wearing??

Taken from interviews with the people that copped it in the neck, but came out the other end, defiant and determined to reclaim their lives. If you went through it, you might be in it. Come along and find out.
